How it works
It's simple. Just select your date/time range. Pick how much trash you would like us to haul away (we help you estimate), and purchase your slot. All you have to do is make sure it's on the curb by the time we get there. We take care of all the rest.

Do you operate year round?
We work during the holidays mostly but we are available for custom quotes for different projects year round.
What if I miss my pickup window?
We try to accommodate missed windows and do when we can, but we're on a tight schedule and reserve the right to charge or missed windows without rescheduling if our schedule does not permit a turnaround. Please make sure you get your trash to the curb by your window.
Do you provide refunds?
We do the majority of our business in a small number of days each year. We charge for the slot you've taken from our calendar which prevents us from filling that slot with someone else, for this reason we do not provide refunds on orders. We hope you understand.
Do you take Christmas trees?
We can haul away Christmas trees but that needs to be purchased as an add on. Send us a text with your order if you missed that a day before and we'll probably be able to make it work.
What do I need to do?
Just make sure you book a slot, pay, and choose the right sized hauloff package. If you're iffy, go with the bigger one up. Better that than have some stuff missed because it was more than you paid to haul away. Then the only thing left is to make sure you get it to the curb and send us a text message with a picture of your haul off and name after you've purchased!
